Waitlist privacy notice
This notice covers the Scenify early-access waitlist at scenify.build. Joining the waitlist does not create a product account.
What we collect
We store your email address, your consent and submission date, and the persona and creation goal you optionally select. If you arrive through a campaign link, we also store its source, medium and campaign labels when you submit.
We use your IP address temporarily to limit abusive submissions. Our application keeps it in memory for no more than one hour and does not save it with your waitlist entry. Our hosting provider, Fly.io, may process network information to deliver and secure the service.
We count visits to this site in aggregate, without cookies. For each day we store only totals: which page was viewed, the site or campaign label that linked to it, and whether the device was a phone or a computer. To count each visitor once a day, the application combines your IP address and browser type with a random value that is replaced every day and never saved; the result is held in memory only for that day. No IP address, browser details or visit history is stored.
Why we collect it
With your consent, we use your email to contact you about Scenify early access. We may also send one confirmation that your waitlist signup was saved; it does not verify ownership of your email address. Optional answers help us understand who we are building for; campaign labels help us understand where interest comes from. We do not sell your information or send waitlist submissions to AI models.
Storage and retention
Waitlist information is stored on a dedicated server volume hosted by Fly.io in the United States. Access is limited to authorized operators. We retain entries for up to 12 months from submission, or delete them earlier on request. Disaster-recovery backups may retain deleted entries for up to 30 additional days.
We use Google’s Gmail service to deliver private signup notifications to Scenify’s operator. These include your submitted email address, optional answers, campaign labels and submission date. We also use Gmail to send signup confirmations to your submitted address, and retain delivery status records to prevent repeated sends and investigate failures. Confirmation emails include no optional answers, advertising trackers or tracking pixels. Google processes these messages for delivery and storage. Deletion requests also cover operator notification copies; delivery-service logs follow the provider’s retention policies. This does not subscribe you to a separate mailing list.
Your choices
Optional questions can be left blank. To withdraw consent, correct your information, request a copy or ask for deletion, send us a message with the contact form below, from the email address you used to join; we reply to that address to confirm before acting. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Cookies and third parties
This waitlist page sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers and does not use third-party analytics scripts. Visit counts are made by our own server as described above. Page assets, including fonts, are served by Scenify. Font license notices: Inter and Playfair Display. Operational backups are held in access-restricted GitHub Actions artifacts for up to 30 days.

If you use the contact form, we store your email address, the topic and your message for up to 12 months, to answer you and keep a record of requests, and forward them to our inbox (Google processes that email). Your IP address is used only as described above, to limit abusive submissions.
